Farmer Johns On Tour Race!

The day started of with Kieran getting us lost on the way to our first team race because of his poor navigational skills....

When we finally arrived, we signed on to get our numbers and headed over to get the practice runs started. The first one was just a steady one down to see what the track was like, first impression were (I wish i had my wet screams on) But we didn't come prepared... as you do.

After a few runs the track just kept getting wetter and wetter, and has absolutely no grip around the berms.

I managed to slide out on my last practice run as pictured-

For the race runs, i did a 1:06.64. Kieran a 1:12.341, on the First runs.

On the 2nd run, we were both a little bit quicker, with me getting a 1:06.242 and kieran a 1:11.020.

The end result was a very good one!!

Kieran Came 1st in his catagory out of 6 Riders...

I came 7th out of 23 Riders, so not a bad first race for the Urbanx Team! Bring on the Peatys steel city race!!!!
